• When meeting at airport, staff is outside the customs area wearing a light blue shirt and dark blue pants. They will have a sign with client’s name.
• Vehicles will be delivered with a full tank of gas. Clients are asked to return the vehicle with a full tank, or otherwise will be charged accordingly.
• Free sale available except from the period of Christmas Dec. 18th until January 8th. Any reservations take for Christmas time must be made 30 days in advance, or if within 21 day limit, by request.
• Larger vehicles available on request.
• Opening hours at SLU local airport: Mo-Su: 06.30h-23.00h
Opening hours at UVF international airport: Mo-Su: 10.00h-23.00h
• No GPS available.
Note:
• All above information is subject to change. The legal deciding factor is the on-site from client signed rental agreement.
Insurance conditions:
• All vehicles are covered by insurance including unlimited liability for passengers and third party personal injury coverage of  USD 555.555,56 and property damage coverage of  USD 185.005,00
• Extra protection (EP) included in rental rate - responsibility for damages is reduced to USD 250.00 providing the vehicle is operated in accordance with all conditions of rental contract.
• Excluded from the insurance are tires, rims and upholstery.
• Deposit 250,00 US$.
